Oh Happy Closing Day!
Amy Reynolds did more than an exceptional process of selling our house. First day she jumped right in taking pics of our home, sign up and on the multiple listing sites. I felt so comfortable to ask questions. She always let us know after each showing how it went. Very professional. I trusted her and that was a blessing. I highly recommend Amy Reynolds to sell your house or commercial property. And besides who would make you a fresh delicious Chess Chocolate pie to give to you after closing. That's our sweet relator.

Amy Reynolds is outstanding she delivers a service that goes above and beyond for her clients!
We have owned our home in Florida for many years. The time had come to make the emotional decision to sell and we could not have had a better realtor to support us through the process. Amy was professional, kind, understanding and went way above and beyond all expectation when it came to the selling of our home. We live in the UK so we had to do everything by phone e mail and messaging. We had complete trust in Amy and this was well founded. Amy ensured we understood everything that needed to happen and ensured we were able to complete the sale remotely only having to arrive in the USA to complete the final paperwork and clear our personal possessions from the house. Amy was able to help us with the disposal of the house contents and put us in touch with lovely families who could benefit from our furniture etc. We cannot thank Amy enough and wholly recommend her to and buyer or seller.

Rare realator, driven by complete client satisfaction not $$$$
Amy treated us like family. She kept our expressed home and neighborhood necessities on the forefront to align with our desired budget range. Her ability to respond and execute action with limited time was impeccable. We had worked with two realtors prior to Amy who were not able to sympathize with our situation in order for us to move swiftly. We called upon other members of our family (who live in Florida) to do in person, home walk-through and overall assessments since we reside several states away. Amy was completely accommodating to work with us in that capacity to ensure we did not miss out on housing opportunities due to our adverse distance logistics. Our only regret is that we did not work with Amy from the very beginning of our journey.

Excellent Realtor
Amy did a great job selling our home. We were out of state when our home was sold and it couldn't have been handled any more professional then what it was. When we purchase a home in the area in the future we will definitely consider Amy as our realtor. It was a pleasure having her sell our home that we were in more then thirty years. Thanks again Amy!

I had an amazing experience, I didn't know anything but she made sure I understood everything.
What a joy and blessings working with Mrs Amy, the knowledge of understanding the value of other properties in the surrounding area. Assisting you with what types of inspection maybe needed for your protection. Very beautiful, warm and caring spirit. She communicated with me though out the entire process and very professional. An amazing journey and I'm so grateful to have shared it with you and I'm going that say it was part of the Master's plan. Steve has deep knowledge of the real estate market in Central Florida. He helped us with suggestions to get the house in top shape prior to put it on the market. He kept us updated during the whole sale process and making sure all details were covered culminating in a successful and satisfactory closing. Quick sale
