Excellent service provided by Katrina Batrone

Katrina returned my call immediately after I inquired about a property in the Ocala area. After a brief conversation she understood exactly what type of neighborhoods, homes and amenities we needed. We had never purchased in Florida before so it helped that she is very knowledgeable about the market, HOA's, the process...everything we needed to know. She made the purchase and closing process incredibly easy. I would recommend her to anyone!

Miracle worker

MOST patient, kind person. I have ever met. The whole house buying process is stressful and she was very attentive to any questions I had !! She was amazing and pulled alot of strings thank you for being such an amazing agent❤

she was very helpful in setting up our appts to look at the houses we chose.

Katrina is very knowledgeable of the area, the locations and nearby shopping, etc. She set up all our appts for when we came down to look at houses in the area that met our crietra.

katrina is a great person she never got angry nor argue about any issue she honor my opinion and i honor her to she try to help the buyer get an approval on any loan or rental her mind is not only in making money on any sell or buy i would hire her anytime day or night and twice on Friday and that is what everyone need as a friend and an agent
