I'm a first time home buyer, so I was naive going into this process. Stephen was recommended by a friend, and I'm certainly not disappointed. He walked me through the process and I at no point felt I wasn't supported. He selected various homes for me to view that we're all excellent. However, one stood out among the rest. There were extenuating circumstances that complicated the process. There were even times I was ready to give up on the house and try somewhere else. Stephen managed to help me work through the issues. He was also exceptional when it came to negotiating with the builders. I ultimately ended up buying the home I wanted under the best possible circumstances. Stephen was simply outstanding! As a homeowner in Florida, living in another state, I had concerns about selling our property because I was not sitting locally when we had to list it. Stephen took all of the doubts and concerns out of the equation for us. He was patient and answered every question quickly when we had them, helped to find local professionals to get items fixed, which were required for the inspection, and even pitched in his own time to help with a few things to get us across the finish line. Stephen was Magnificent...he walk us through our house buying process like the pro he is... Stephen was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had....Stephen helped us breezed through the Inspection, Appraisal, Paperwork, Closing we aren't very computer savvy....I've always told Stephen he ROCK!!! and believe me he is excellent in what he do...I would definitely recommend Stephen to all my family and friends who are looking to purchase a home.
