We were referred to Michele Falvey by a friend and we are so thankful we got to work with her on our new purchase. Michele is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and really listened to what our needs were. She was so helpful in keeping us within our budget and so patient with all the viewings of properties we needed to see. We ended up putting an offer in on a property that she took us back to see several times with no complaints. She guided us through the offer and all the necessary paperwork making sure we didn't make any errors. We felt very secure and well taken care of. A shout out to the mortgage team that she uses, they were wonderful also. We would recommend Michele without hesitation.

Michele was awesome throughout the homebuying process. I was referred to Michele by Zillow after previously being referred to another realtor by Zillow. The first realtor asked me some questions about my search and assured me that he could find me a place that fit my criteria but all he did was email me computer generated listings from the MLS. Michele not only got spent time getting to know my precise needs, but also sent me targeted listings that were what I needed. She is very familiar with the entire Central Florida area, and suggested alternate routes of travel between our old and new homes. During the homebuying process, Michele went the extra mile several times to ensure that the house was properly, inspected and up to snuff. She communicated regularly and walked us through the homebuying process knowledgeably. She explained the many different kinds of inspections and what each would show. she has a wide net work, and was able to nearly always recommend people to do the inspections. She worked hand-in-hand with the mortgage broker, and they both guided us through that process smoothly.

Michele was more than I could have ever hoped for in a realtor. She took her time showing us many different properties that fit our desired requirements. Every step along the way was in constant communication with the lender and everyone involved to make sure we had a smooth and painless closing.
