•Tom and his team were personable and professional. We worked together to create an offer strategy that won the property at a great price. Tom offered great assistance throughout the entire purchase process. Thomas set us up with a home inspector and title company. Thomas was able to suggest a great homeowners insurance broker that worked with us on getting the best offer price for insurance while ensuring we got the proper coverage. We are very happy with the process and our purchase. Now we are tackling a much needed refresh of the property. The condo is in an ideal location for us and is a rare top floor 3BR and 2.5 baths in Delray Beach. Most people would have looked for a newly renovated unit but we looked at flipped properties and if you are not careful you will overpay for substandard materials. My sons and I have experience in tackling large renovation jobs as project managers.
