We are very happy with the process and our purchase. Now we are tackling a much needed refresh of the property. The condo is in an ideal location for us and is a rare top floor 3BR and 2.5 baths in Delray Beach. Most people would have looked for a newly renovated unit but we looked at flipped properties and if you are not careful you will overpay for substandard materials. My sons and I have experience in tackling large renovation jobs as project managers.
