I felt very comfortable knowing that Alan Mazzetti was my agent. He was extremely helpful in narrowing down my target area, and I was able to find my perfect home quickly. Alan was also always available to talk or show a property, and I never worried that I wouldn't be able to reach him to discuss any concerns I may have had. I would certainly recommend Alan or anyone from Lisa Micheals to family or friends.

Our agent, Lisa Michels, made our buying experience as painless as possible. She went above & beyond.

Alan is a great realtor. I admire his knowledge and expertise in the housing industry, as he is able to make the buyer aware of some possible pitfalls to avoid and gives much attention to his client's concerns about buying a home for the first time. He knew the process and how to get things done expeditiously and did so. Alan is a realtor that will stand by his client until the right house is found, assuring the client that the right house will be found.

This team did a great job in guiding me in the search for a home. I never felt like I was out there by myself. Expert guidance was given to help me as a first time home buyer to avoid pitfalls. I looked at many houses in trying to decide on the one for me and my realtor, Alan Mazetti never seemed to be tired of going out to view the houses with me. He always gave excellent input and he knew the market well. All questions were addressed expeditiously and honestly. I appreciate all the help that I received.

An exceptional agent that showed a level of personal attention and effort that was consistently beyond anything that I would even remotely expect from an agent, and this was a year+ long restoration and sale process.

Lisa Michels and her team would receive 5 stars. Lisa works incredibly hard and did a wonderful job. The house/sale was not an easy situation. She and her team helped at every turn to make the experience a good one. I would highly recommend her.

Lisa Michels has done an outstanding professional job along the process. She has kept me informed, gone out of the way to find contractors to conduct repairs and even negotiated quotes. Her dedication to me, the customer is above expectations of the duties of an agent. My sincere appreciation on her efforts.
