Excellent service! Allen Mazetti was brilliant!

Allen Mazzetti is the reason I work with Patterson-Schwartz.

Agent Lisa Michels was sensitive to my situation, an estate sale, and provided me the proper amount of assistance to get the home sold without much out of the pocket cost but was still able to net a profit.

Pleasure working with Lisa Michels and she did her due diligence, hence avoiding a potential problem with the buyer. Took the initiative of handling a few things for us and handled settlement for us!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first home through Patterson-Schwartz. My agent Alan Mazzetti came recommended from a family member, and I would certainly do the same!
