My wife and myself had been looking at houses for about a year while working with Thomas. He would be very diligent in sending us updates on newly listed homes in the areas we had been looking. We did find a perfect house and wanted to put an offer in on it. Thomas went above and beyond in getting our offer in while he was on his vacation. We found Paul by requesting a home showing on the Lipply website. Immediately we found him to be personable, knowledgeable and best of all, not pushy. We gave him our house criteria when the first property didn't suit us and promptly received an email with homes that matched what we were looking for. He showed us two additional homes and we went under contract for one. Paul was wonderful to work with while closing on our new home. He responds quickly to messages and requests, all around, a GREAT communicator! Because we had such a great experience with him on the purchasing end we decided to hire him as our agent to sell our condo. Again, great communication and attention to detail. He went the extra mile scheduled a professional 3D walk through tour which showcased our property to perfection. We went under contract quickly with buyers from out of state who didn't need to see the home in person due to the 3D tour and well written property overview. As before, Paul was excellent in every way through the closing process. Highly recommend for buying or selling your home!

Thomas Towns exceeded my expectations. I live out of state and I needed to get a property sold quickly. Thomas was available to me night and day. He even told me it was okay to call him at one o’clock in the morning his time to discuss an offer made on the property. Thomas held open house events, negotiated a fair price and the property was sold within two months. The closing was streamlined and the proceeds from the sale of the property were wired into my bank account. I highly recommend him.
