A year and a half ago I decided to relocate from Texas to Southern California, and so I enlisted Jennifer's help to show me some homes in retirement communities near Oceanside, Ca, where some of my family members reside. However, selling my home in Texas took nearly a year, and by the time I contacted Jennifer again my focus was on acquiring a home in a retirement community well north of Oceanside, away from Jennifer's area of expertise. Nonetheless, Jennifer immediately acquainted herself with my new community of interest and drive me up to inspect nearly a dozen homes that were available for sale. And when I finally found a home I wanted, she contacted the selling agent and discovered that an earlier offer had been made and was pending. When I told her that I really wanted that home nonetheless, she advised me not only to increase the amount of my offer, but also to submit evidence of my ability to pay the offered price without the need to secure a loan. Her advice proved prescient, and my offer was quickly accepted. Linda and Robby represented an out of state seller and presented the property to me.
