Amazing people!! I had just lost my parents and was handling the estate, hoping to have everything done by the end of the year (about 6 weeks). They were so kind! They cared about me first and the sale next. They always asked how I was doing and constantly gave positive feedback to me! I was in such a difficult time in my life and they were my personal cheer leaders! The house sold over asking and everything was done by the end of the year!! They were constantly working with me and I never felt they like they didn't have my best interest at heart!! They are great!! Love them!!

Linda and Robby helped us find our first HOME! We were looking for not just a home but an investment for our future. Before COVID guidelines to present, from working from home, virtual school to busy schedules they were present and actively providing us listings and showings that fit our little family of 5. They are always a step ahead and made sure we didnt miss an opportunity. We felt in control and comfortable with our purchase. Team Adams is definitely the best of the best. The numbers don't lie. We were referred to Linda and Robby by a friend's realtor because I wanted to work with someone who was very busy. I believe it's an indicator of just plain effectiveness and other good things such as being finely tuned to local market nuances that a less-busy agent would miss. The numbers clearly showed Linda and Robby were very busy. What's surprising is that they made it feel like we were their only client. I'm not really sure how they pull that off but it was an excellent experience, particularly for someone from out-of-town who doesn't know this quite funky market. My husband and I had the good fortune to select Linda and Robby Adams, Team Adams, to handle the sale of our home in Oceanside. Robby and Linda are most honest, responsive, down to earth and reliable people. They always do what they say they would do. Working with Jennifer was an absolutely wonderful and I attribute our success in finding the right home to working with her! She is very knowledgeable about the North County and was extremely helpful in giving us information about the different neighborhoods. For example, one property looked very promising; however, she was able to let us know about the traffic conditions around the property at peak times and the difficulties in navigating around the area. Since I am not from the area and am unfamiliar with the state processes, she guided us through the differences and specific quirks of the process of buying a home in southern California. She acted as our coordinator and communicator between the different parties and her communications were clear and timely. I could count on her to answer my questions or requests immediately. When there was something that required additional information, she acknowledged my question and let me know that some additional research/communication would be necessary - she did not leave me wondering if my message was received! Her honest and frank opinions on the properties was much appreciated. Jennifer was very flexible in arranging viewings to accommodate both of our schedules and provided information about each viewing prior to visiting. She was also able to provide multiple referrals for contractors for renovation work. Last, but certainly not least, Jennifer is friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
