Working with Jennifer was an absolutely wonderful and I attribute our success in finding the right home to working with her! She is very knowledgeable about the North County and was extremely helpful in giving us information about the different neighborhoods. For example, one property looked very promising; however, she was able to let us know about the traffic conditions around the property at peak times and the difficulties in navigating around the area. Since I am not from the area and am unfamiliar with the state processes, she guided us through the differences and specific quirks of the process of buying a home in southern California.
