My experience working with Braden was excellent! In the early going Braden was a very skillled negotiator and was able to get me extra concessions from the seller. From his years of experience he was very good at anticipating my needs once the deal got going and could recommend service providers for everything. A few things on my deal were a little out of the ordinary, and Braden proved to be very good at problem solving in the moment and very willing to go the extra mile to get things done. Readily available by phone or text. Outstanding experience overall.
