•I think Tracy did a great job for the seller (I was the buyer, and I’m getting asked about her service in email so I’m leading a review) Apparently they had 7 offers and the sold price of the house $40k over asking. I know from the neighbors she had excellent suggestions to the seller how to clean up the property to generate buyer interest therefore leading to a better price. And this isn’t an area where it’s a good school district, it’s pretty rural. I would trust Lewith and Freeman agents to sell my home if I ever decide to sell it. She was very pleasant and polite in our interactions. Punctual.
