•My selection of Tracy as my selling agent was based on reputation for market knowledge, professionalism and honesty. At our first meeting, Tracy explained her role and responsibilities as selling agent, an overview of area comps and factors taken into consideration when determining an asking price. She provided a market analysis and and reviewed preparations for advertising such as drone and other pictures of the property and exterior and interior of the house and garage. Based on the asking price, she provided an outline of selling expenses and other deductions and an approximation of the net proceeds for the seller. Tracy was always at the other end of a phone call, text or messaging and was very responsive. Selling and buying property is a major event and not something most of us do often and, as such, can be very stressful. Tracy has a very calm manner, and I much appreciated her reassurance and competence. I highly recommend Tracy for your real estate needs.
