Working with Shannon was wonderful. We started out looking for one type of house in a certainlocation, but then dynamics changed on what we needed. Our search area changed, and the house needs as well, and Shannon worked with us even though it wasn't what we initially started with. She's very flexible, and always easily reached. She was very knowledgeable on the different inspections that had to be done and pass. She understood what we needed and was not pushing us to just make any purchase. As we worked with her we felt she was more as a friend than just a realtor. Susan helped us every step of the way, from finding an awesome home inspector through establishing and making a reasonable offer on the house. Since we could not be there physically, she did a virtual walk through despite frigid temperatures and a snow covered property. She also worked very closely with the listing agent and got all of our questions and concerns addressed. We are very grateful for her time, energy and knowledge about the area and the buying process.

Me and my wife recently relocated to the Dallas area and Mike and his team did an amazing job closing on the home of our dreams. Because we were from out of town we only could see homes during the weekends, Mike made sure to accommodate for us when we wanted to see a potential home. Even during this last snow storm, he made time to do our final walk through 830pm on a Sunday! Mike and Sheileen Godwin make an amazing duo, and if you get the opportunity to work with them, you won’t be disappointed!
