Maribeth Jones was our realtor when our home was listed and sold in 2017. Our home sold in 13 days! During that time, she was always available to us when we had questions and was very professional in her demeanor and all aspects required to facilitate the transaction. Under her guidance, the large amount of paperwork that needed to be completed didn't seem to be so difficult. As stated above, she was very helpful at all times and we would definitely seek her expertise as our realtor if the need arose again.

If you are looking for an excellent real estate agent in the Wyoming Valley, Tracy Zarola is the woman for you! She walked with me through the process of selling my mother's home from start to finish. She thoroughly explained each step, had many contacts for home repairs, was easy to get in touch  with, and was very responsive to phone calls and emails. My mother's home sold in less than a week. Tracy was truly a blessing!

Shannon helped make buying our first home enjoyable and as stress free as possible. We were moving from FL to PA, which made the process a bit tricky, as we were only going to be in town one weekend to look at homes. Shannon kept in touch as the weekend that we were coming to look at homes approached - sending new homes that had come on the market via email and letting us know of any that may have been taken off of the market. When we met Shannon, not only was she caring and considerate but she was very organized - giving us a folder with details on each of the houses we were going to see. The following day, when looking at more houses, we had decided to make a few last minute changes. Shannon was flexible and understanding with making these changes. She helped us identify and consider what was important for us in deciding on a house. We made our decision that day and Shannon made the rest of the process a breeze. She kept in touch as closing papers, etc. were being completed and informed us on how the process would move along. We would highly recommend Shannon as a realtor. Shannon is like no other realtor I have worked with. Shannon is extremely organized and her communication with my wife and I was excellent. Shannon walked us thought every step. We saw many houses and it was never a problem for Shannon to be with us for 3-4 hours a day. Shannon's knowledge of both the surrounding towns and ways to bring value to every house we looked at was really great. The best part about Shannon is once you meet her it only takes minutes to find out she is a great person and someone you know will be your friend for life.
