Dominic gave me an estimate of my home's market value but then said he'd do some research and get back to me. The next day he called and increased his estimate. I spoke with other realtors and they gave me an estimate and I never got a follow up call. Also, I've never sold my home before so I had alot of questions. I reached Dominic directly when I called or received an immediate callback. He answered my questions concisely so I understood the process better. I also had others giving me information on how things should be done. He understood how concerned I was that everything go smoothly and it did! He listed my home very early in April, held an Open House the first Sunday in April, and within days I accepted a bid over the listing price.
