Celese Castrogiovanni comes to Lewith & Freeman Real Estate with a strong background bringing her past experiences in customer service to the Real Estate industry. After many years of having a passion for Real Estate, helping buyers and sellers meet their goals, and following the Real Estate market, Celese turned her ever-growing interest to become a licensed Realtor. Previously, Celese spent twenty-five years in the customer service and service industry. With this experience, she excels in building relationships with each and every one of her buyers and sellers alike.

Marion served as the President of the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors in 2010 and won the Realtor of the Year award. Marion has served on her local board for 10 consecutive years. She also served as a 4 year director of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and a 2 year representative on the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® Executive Committee. She currently serves on the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors® as a Director.
Marion possesses the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), making her one of the most valuable realtors in Northeastern Pennsylvania regarding her level of experience and her skill. Her professional expertise, coupled with her dedication to go the extra mile to help her clients, truly make her a one-in-a-million realtor.
Marion’s decision to enter the real estate business (and her subsequent dedication to her clients) began during her experience of trying to buy her first home. Known for her do-it-yourself attitude, Marion decided to take a few realty classes herself and now here she is—one of the best in the business and representing the Greater Scranton Area and the Abington area.

Christine Stawinsky is a Northeast Pennsylvania Realtor® who combines local insight, strong negotiation skills, and personalized service to help buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals. With three years of real estate sales experience and a background in Human Services, she brings a client-first approach to every transaction. "My approach to real estate is rooted in integrity, dedication, and personalized service. After graduating from Scranton High School, Christine went on to study Human Services at Pierce College in Philadelphia. Before entering the real estate industry, Christine worked as an Operations Manager for a Marriott brand hotel, where she developed key strengths in negotiation, multitasking, and customer service. In addition to her real estate work, Christine has operated as a self-employed Notary Public and Signing Agent for over nine years, further enhancing her attention to detail and understanding of legal documentation. A Scranton native, Christine loves the diversity, charm, and ongoing growth of the communities she serves. When not assisting buyers or sellers, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband Dennis, their four children, and four dogs.

Well informed and knowledgeable
In a nutshell, Celese made things stress free. We had the pleasure of dealing with her for a purchase and a sale, and, hopefully, more in the future. She knows people in many professions, so if you have any questions that she is unable to answer, which are few, she gets right on the phone with professionals (plumbing, electrical, septic, zoning, etc.) that could provide the information needed for us to make the best decision for us. She is very knowledgeable in Oil, Gas, and Mineral (OGM) rights also, and that is very important in NEPA. Celese is also very accommodating when we had to meet. She also sent as much paperwork as possible for electronic signatures. One last thing to mention, her timely communication is A+. Whether you call, text, or email her, she replies quickly. We recommend her highly.

The best in the business!
I could not speak more highly of Marion! She worked with us for months & took the time to show us every house we wanted to see. She also was able to get us into home that weren’t listed yet. We eventually settled on a home & she worked hard to get us the price we were comfortable with. She even pointed out some things we weren’t even paying attention to. 10/10 would recommend.
