Jay was a nice guy but I would not use him again. Some key points were suggested on the listing and were not included. My biggest concern was at the time of the sale. He allowed the buyer to gain access and occupy the house before the closing was done (almost two weeks before closing). When expressing my concerns to him he never took any responsibility at all even though he controlled the keys to our house and allowed this to happen. He even hung up on me during this discussion.

Besty has tons of knowledge and experience in every phase of the sellers journey. She had all the paper work in order for the closing. Betsy knew exactly what to do to stage house. Do what she says! We have complete trust in her. She even helped with locating services we might need. Very nice but professional, straight forward person. We moved from Pataskala to Zanesville. She knows both areas. We highly recommend her.

This year Amy Talbert sold both a residence and commercial building for me and did an incredible job doing so. The residence was in Amy’s hometown where she would obviously have her thumb on the local market and did she ever! I was very impressed with her attention to details, keeping me informed of showings, and progress with potential buyers. The residence was shown several times and in a very short period of time we had a buyer. I was a bit reluctant at first to have her sell a commercial building outside of her home county. Not to worry!! Amy went to work with her same professional manor and again we had a sale in a very short period of time. In both cases I felt her recommended listing prices were maybe a little too optimistic but was I wrong, Amy had definitely studied the market and in both listings the sale prices exceeded our expectations. She has a very caring demeanor , is very personable, and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend Amy for both residential and commercial properties.

I bought and sold my house through Gail - both remotely. I was moving to the area - she listened to my 'want to have' and 'need to have's and found me a great house in a great location for a great price!! I was able to close remotely and she made everything seamless - I was able to move in straightaway. After I changed states for a job (quickly) I listed the house through Gail again - she made sure to get the property in selling shape, managed all of the work to the house and found me a great buyer. Again, I was able to close remotely and everything was seamless. I cannot recommend her enough. She was prompt, honest, and gave me all the information I needed to make informed decisions while also offering sound advice on how to proceed.
