Dylan is excellent! I was impressed with his quick responses to questions about a listing. Also, he provided us with the name of an excellent home inspection professional. Top notch.
Dylan Parry
I recommend Dylan over any other realtor. His knowledge and ability to understand your needs are far above others. We struggled to find a home with a previous realtor for over a year. After switching to Dylan we bought one of the first homes he showed us. We’ll be sticking with Dylan and Lepi for all future business.

I had an exceptional experience working with Dylan. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dylan took the time to truly understand my needs and preferences, and his knowledge of the market was invaluable. He was always responsive, professional, and patient, answering all my questions with clarity and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. Thanks to Dylan, I found the perfect home and couldn't be happier. Life took a small turn for me and we needed to uproot and sell our home. Dylan managed to sell our home in a fraction of the time we anticipated at a remarkable price. I highly recommend Dylan to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated real estate agent!

Becky was great. We were in the process of needing to sell my Mom’s home of 60 years and were located 1000 miles away. From guiding us through the clean out to suggesting contractors to appraisal to listing and sale…. She was always available and spot on her recommendations. We highly recommend Becky Wolfe for your Zanesville Real Estate needs.

I was very pleased with Lepi Realty's efforts as my agent. My property had great exposure, and as a result, was in-contract within 12 days of listing. All of Lepi's staff (Bobbi Lepi, Melissa Riley, and Pat Archer) was professional and made the process a smooth transaction!!
