She was honest in letting me know what buyers are looking for and helped me achieve those goals. She worked hard to advertise my home and get 28 people to my first open house!! My house was shown every week until it was sold. Tammy has contacts for just about anything pertaining to selling a home from repair men, electricians, auctioneers, etc. This helped me immensely in getting rid of extra furniture and getting a couple of things fixed after inspection.
