We had the incredible pleasure of working with Todd and Gina for selling our home in Largo and buying our home in Land O Lakes. They were so patient, supportive, helpful, insightful and knowledgeable throughout this experience. We’ve never sold a house and bought a house at the same time, and they guided us through every aspect. We asked them for how to best stage our home and what was essential to do in order to get selling ready. With their expertise and strategy, we listed our house on a Thursday night, and we had a buyer and under contract in ONLY 3 DAYS!!! They helped us navigate the offer stage, and even helped us sell OVER asking price! Then once the first step was done, we made more aggressive strides to finding our dream home. They sent us listings that fit our needs, arranged so many showings, and had patience and true empathy when the houses weren’t right for us. They kept it real, helped our perspective, and MAN do they move fast. We found an option that could literally meet every single thing we wanted in a house, and called them early on a Monday morning asking when we could see it. Only 3 hours later and we had a tour scheduled, and a few hours after that, WE WERE UNDER CONTRACT! On a new build, with crazy incentives, and genuinely the best house we saw throughout our 7 months of looking and waiting for the perfect house. I encourage you- YOUR REALTOR SHOPPING IS OVER!
