With their expertise and strategy, we listed our house on a Thursday night, and we had a buyer and under contract in ONLY 3 DAYS!!! They helped us navigate the offer stage, and even helped us sell OVER asking price! Then once the first step was done, we made more aggressive strides to finding our dream home. They sent us listings that fit our needs, arranged so many showings, and had patience and true empathy when the houses weren’t right for us. They kept it real, helped our perspective, and MAN do they move fast. We found an option that could literally meet every single thing we wanted in a house, and called them early on a Monday morning asking when we could see it. Only 3 hours later and we had a tour scheduled, and a few hours after that, WE WERE UNDER CONTRACT!
