•Costanza helped me sell a condo in Agoura that belonged to my late sister, as I am the successor trustee of her trust. Costanza’s extensive network, negotiating skills and understanding of the market enabled me to sell the property quickly for a good price. She is super responsive and an extremely hard worker. She also listed another property in Chatsworth that belonged to the same trust, and created a bidding war resulting in the trust receiving a great price for the property, despite it having significant deferred maintenance.
I am a trustee of a family trust that owns two pieces of property in southern CA. I live in the Bay Area so I interviewed eight agents in Southern CA to choose the best one to represent the Trust in selling the properties. The first property sold and was closed two and a half weeks after we chose Costanza Genoese Zirby to represent us. Costanza is a great negotiator; she jumped right into the marketing and we got nine offers and countered seven of them. She then made spreadsheet helping me compare the competing offers so I could select the best one. The second property is going on the market in about two weeks because the beneficiaries of the trust had to remove personal property from the condo before it could be shown. Costanza is a great problem solver and I would use her services again if I needed to do a residential real estate transaction in southern CA,
