•He is warm and friendly and very professional. We relocated from San Jose and worked with Kevin over the phone and via email and buy the time we flew out to look at houses he had about 30 for us to consider. He showed them to us first on his computer then took us to see the ones we liked. He responded imediatley if I text him or called him and went out of his way to help us. We gound our house in 2 days and he negotiated a price we could manage and the offer was accepted and the paperwork filled out on the third day. I will always use Kebin for our real estate needs. He was awesome.
I needed to sell my house as a result of divorce, So it needed to sell quite quickly. Kevin helped me decide on which remodeling I should do and what I could forgo. He helped me hire someone to stage the house and even had his sonmow my law for me. He was professional but compassionate about my circumstances. Such a nice man. We talked at length about what my asking price would be and while he advised me, the ultimate decision was mine. I never felt pushed to follow Kevins’ own agenda.My house went on the market and I got two offers within 24 hours. If I ever need a realtor again it will be Kevin.
