I needed to sell my house as a result of divorce, So it needed to sell quite quickly. Kevin helped me decide on which remodeling I should do and what I could forgo. He helped me hire someone to stage the house and even had his sonmow my law for me. He was professional but compassionate about my circumstances. Such a nice man. We talked at length about what my asking price would be and while he advised me, the ultimate decision was mine.
