This woman has been the best realtor i have worked with. She worked for me and not for the builder. Help out with her home suggestion non stop and they were all very good recommendations. I def. advice anyone that need a Realtor ask for Maya you will not feel disappointed. Without her i think my home would have not been the same at all. Her attention to details has been key on this process.

We contacted Maya's main office looking for our move in NC from out of state- we were directed specifically to her because of her familiarity with the Wake county school system. Our stroke of good luck - Maya has been just 100% terrific all around. She knows the market and neighborhoods very well and quickly realized what style house we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a new home construction and Maya stood by us from start to finish. She advocated for us initially with the builder when we were out of town. She stayed very closely involved during the design process of the house and kept us and the builder on task. She was by my side during home inspection and our walk throughs and once again was our advocate. She was knowledgeable and also referred us to other great professionals in the area such as an attorney and local mortgage lenders. Maya is a warm, generous and extremely dedicated professional who goes above and beyond. She is full of information and resources, and is very welcoming, especially helpful for out-of -town clients. Maya was incredibly helpful from our first phone call through closing. She really knows the Raleigh Metro Area and wasn't afraid to speak her mind. Originally we had planned on the Cary area, but she found a great place north of the belt line that really fits our family and was closer to work.
