You will not go wrong choosing Maya. She is great! We bought a condo for our son to live in while in college. She is very knowledgable, trustworthy and informative. She responds quickly to inquiries, even on vacation. She covers all the bases and makes you feel at ease.
This was our first home purchase, and Maya was wonderful. She walked us through the process, always there to assure us and allay any fears we had. She was even responsive even when she had a previously booked trip during our hunt, and her team was there to help out as well. I hope to be in this home for a long time, but when it comes time to move in the future, I will certainly be calling Maya again.
Use Maya because she will tell you like it is. I didn't have time for fluff or dishonesty. She knew exactly what I wanted after the first visit. She always had my best interest and it was a flawless close. Everyone she has working with her were professional and punctual. I reccomend if you need someone to get it done!

Maya's awesome!! I'm a first time homeowner and knew nothing at all about the process. Maya did a lot of handholding with me and was very patient with my ignorance. On more than one occasion, I'd be skeptical about what she was telling me, but every time she was proven correct. She definitely knows what she's doing and she knows the area very well (my home's in Cary). She understands the workings of this market as well as the seasonal trends which are crucial to gauging how the homes should be priced and what we should go for. Her experience also enables her to go into a house and immediately identify what would need to be changed and/or fixed as well as the more problematic aspects such as lot sloping...etc. Finally, and very importantly, she's been extremely responsive. She'd respond to every house I'd send her way and was the one to get me the house I ended up buying. There's a lot more I could say but this would make the review way too long.
