The property was not the most desirable piece of property in Orange City, FL. Vicky was very persistent and she finally found a couple who really wanted to buy property. The property sold with owner financing. She guided both parties through all aspects of the sale and financing. I highly recommend Vicky to anyone wishing to buy or sell property. She is truly a professional in the real estate business.

I found Deirdre on our neighborhood FB group and chose her because her posts and advice about the local real estate market and our neighborhood specifically showed me she would be a great advocate selling our home and making buyers understand what prime real estate it was with the amenities and schools. She definitely did NOT steer me wrong. We were casually looking but were in no rush at all unless something came along that checked all the boxes. My husband and I both work and don't have a lot of spare time. Deirdre really listened to what we were looking for and didn't waste our time looking at houses that didn't fit all our needs. Rather than trying to convince us to settle for less, she helped us find our "forever home." She is amazing! We did a simultaneous closing, both selling and buying in the same day and she made the transactions seem effortless. She managed all parties involved and stayed on top of them to keep things moving. She was readily available to answer any of our questions no matter what day or time to put our minds at ease. When dealing with difficult sellers, she fought for us and got us the best deal possible. I would highly recommend Deirdre to anyone!!! This is our third home purchase and by far the best experience yet! Wish I had found her sooner.

I was very happy with Deirdre's service. She was very knowledgeable and eager to give guidance throughout the home buying experience. She also paid participated when we went to inspect the house. During the inspection, she pointed out several issues with the appliances and roof that she believed we could have the seller fix prior to the sale. She was right, they fixed everything she pointed out, which saved me time and money by not having to fix or replace these items myself!

Deirdre was amazing to work with. I was an out of state buyer, and had to do all my house hunting on limited visits to Orlando. She was incredibly accommodating, willing to meet me almost anytime. She had everything lined up when I came into town, including research on the properties I was looking at. When I wasn't there and saw a house pop-up online, Deirdre willingly went by herself and did a video call with my wife and I. Ultimately that is the house we made an offer on, and was accepted. She guided us through the purchase process (again remote), and everything went smoothly. I would absolutely work with Deirdre again!
