Also she painted the walls in the laundry room and Gretchen's husband did some minor repairs to the house. I knew Gretchen's hubsand's reputation. Having Gretchen's husband available helped me I did not have to find someone myself. In addition Gretchen came in got the house ready for sale. She help me see the advantages of the buyer but not so that it was what decided me for the buyer. Gretchen went above and beyond.
