Kim is very helpful and quick to respond via call, text, or email. I was able to get most of the documents that require a signature via email and digitally sign them. This helped a lot since I'm out of town most of days.

Jenna worked very hard to sell our house. It was an older home and needs some updating but that didn’t seem to be a problem. She always answered any questions we had and was alway honest enough to say if she didn’t know. Her advice was great when we were not sure what to do and stood with us as we had some issues with potential buyers. She alway thought of us first in each situation. Jenna was great to work with and I will always be thankful that she worked so hard to sell our house.

Kimberly never pressured us to make a decision, rather helped us talk things out (the good, the bad and the ugly).Kimberly was well versed in the area...actually multiple areas (we relocated from IL to NC so we changed our mind a few times-location, location!) I also want to mention, prior to our move, Kimberly sent us lists of homes that fit our criteria, opened our eyes to other areas and like a friend, always asked us how things were going back in IL knowing how hectic a move can be.
