I was not even sure that I was ready to buy a house. I contacted Kim, and she talked to me about what to do in the first steps. She put me in contact with a financial company specifically someone who she had worked with before. Her recommendation was great and I did use their services. From start to finish Kim was there. She anticipated every question I had but didn't make me feel dumb or that I was bothering her at all. When I had a ton of people in my ear with their opinions, and suggestions, Kim talked directly to me and listened to only me. We found the house for me, and the rest is history. I was dreading the closing process, and literally everything. Dare I say it was actually easy! She laid everything down for me and explained everything in a language I could understand! Kim is amazing! She is always on point with her analysis of your home, the surrounding area, and every interaction you will ever have with her. She gets answers not only when you need them but before you think about the question. Her approach is REAL, no vagueness or grey areas, and no leading you on into thinking you'll get something you won't or vice versa. Her personality is infectious and makes you want to work with her again and again. I would more than highly recommend Kim. We have bought and sold homes for almost 20 years and lived in more places than I want to count; we are seasoned sellers and buyers and have encountered many different realtors, and honestly, they all sucked EXCEPT Kim. She was punctual, available, and not afraid to stand up for you. Kim is absolutely amazing! We tried to sell our home on our own, but soon found something was missing. It was Kim. She is down to earth, professional, super knowledgeable, and easily accessible. Our house sold quick and because of our wonderful experience, we chose Kim to help us find our new home. She was very patient and willing to drive anywhere to show us a potential home. She was also upfront and honest about whether a home we were interested in truly would meet our wishlist. This helped narrow our search and save time. Kim made our home buying experience so easy!! We were first time home buyers and before we even started looking, we met so she could explain the whole process to us and get to know us more. She guided us on which areas to look/avoid for what our family needed. She helped us make decisions based on what was most important to us and our #1 was the neighborhood! We found a quite little neighborhood nestled in an amazing/convenient location with a home that we can grow into and make our own! Kim is fantastic and will get you the house you want (and deserve??)! She knows her clients and she listened to us but she knows a lot about the business of real estate, that we are so blind to. I had a bad taste from a previous realtor but when I met Kim, I feel in love with her.
