She went above and beyond for us. We previously had a horrid experience with a realtor from a different group. Our banker suggested trying out landmark realtors and suggested Beth. This was single handedly the best advice we got during our home buying adventure. She was very warm and welcoming. She really cared about what needs we were looking for from a home and diligently looked and helped us find many candidates. She walked through many homes with us and she was on our side. This was our first time buying a home and she worked so hard to make sure we found a property we loved and matched those needs. We finally found our home and she was amazing during the buying process. She was quick to respond and was on top of every detail big or small. I seriously cant explain the sigh of relief (especially after our experience with a really bad realtor) how it felt, knowing someone was in our corner helping us out. When it finally came to closing day, the seller was a little bit difficult and wasnt ready. Beth navigated this tricky situation with her expertise and we ended up closing with everything in our favor. Again she will go above and beyond for her clients. As someone who has seen the worst of the worst when it comes to realtors, I cant explain the night and day difference having Beth was compared to the others. Seriously, thank you for everything!

Beth at Landmark Realty was nothing short of incredible from the very start! She is genuinely kind, friendly, warm, and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire home-buying process. On our very first day of house hunting, she showed me EIGHT homes—and never once made me feel rushed. She took her time, answered every question, and made sure I truly saw and understood each home. We narrowed those down to four for my husband, and that’s when we found THE house! Beth is incredibly intelligent, insightful, and so on top of everything that she often answered our questions before we even had the chance to ask them. Her communication, patience, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and smooth. We always felt supported, informed, and cared for. We cannot recommend Beth and Landmark Realty highly enough. If you are looking for a realtor who truly goes above and beyond, Beth is the one. When we’re ready to expand or buy again in the future, Beth will absolutely be our first and only choice!

I had the pleasure of working with Beth for close to a year and she was always so patient with me and very helpful in helping me find the perfect home, and we found the perfect home this past July and closed last October! I highly recommend her, I was very hesitant as a whole because I was a first time home buyer but Beth really helped me out with my billions of questions in regards to how this all works and she was always extremely accessible too so it was very easy getting responses from her and she’d always explain things in depth and made sure I wasn’t confused. Beth really went above and beyond for me! I was living about 200 mi. Away and was mostly dealing with her over the phone. She went out of her way for me and worked with me with my budget and liking. I was very pleased with her personal care of my needs. She has great patience, understanding, and knowledge of each property that I was interested in and gave her honest opinion on each property. She wasn't in a hurry to make a buy. Beth made sure that when the right house came along that I was completely satisfied! I would highly recommend when buying or selling your home! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous to reach out to anyone about looking at homes, but I am so glad that I found Beth! She is extremely knowledgeable, has great communication, and was able to answer any questions my fiancée and I had. I felt comfortable in every home she showed us and appreciated her letting me look at all of the “pretty” things while she showed us all of the not so pretty things that could cost a lot of money in the future. When it was time to put in an offer, she walked us through the whole process and gave us advice to make or offer more appealing to the seller. She never made us feel like we were being rushed into anything and I’m grateful to say that she helped us find the perfect home to start our family! If we ever decide to move to a new home, we will absolutely be reaching out to Beth to help us find the perfect one!
