•I had a great experience working with Mike and his team to sell my home in Florida. He really advocated for me throughout the entire process and negotiated on my behalf until he knew we had reached a price I was happy with. His market knowledge acumen was very strong and I trusted him and his advice. One of the things I appreciated most was how he handled problems when they came up. Instead of calling me every time there was an issue and adding something else for me to worry about, he would take care of it, find a solution, and then call me to let me know what happened and how he had handled it. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated that. I was in the middle of relocating out of state for a new job, so I already had plenty on my plate. Having someone I trusted handling the sale and taking so much of the worry and stress off of me made the entire process much easier. He was a great negotiator, proactive, dependable, and really looked out for my best interests. I’m very grateful for everything he did to get my home sold, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
