Jim is a delight to work with. His communication and problem solving skills make the whole process of Buying easy! He has a great eye for homes with potential and knows the area well. He shared many resources that went beyond the role of the typical realtor, movers, painters, trades people he trusts. Finally his sense of humor, while navigating the current real estate market, makes the process bearable. I recommend Jim for all your real estate needs.

Emily Leach went above and beyond, touring what felt like a hundred homes for us since we were buying from out of state. When we came into town for a home finding trip, she put together a really good 3-day tour to see 24 homes and get a sense of what we were looking for. We are so happy with our new home and are eternally grateful for her responsiveness, understanding of our priorities, and working on writing up 10 offers!

Carey was amazing. Very responsive to our questions and walked us step by step on getting our house for sale. It took only days for the house to sell and we are now actively looking for our new home with Carey and Fazendin Realtors.

Our experience with Julie was amazing. She was incredibly persistent through every step of the process and she fought for us in every way. Her knowledge of the industry and market was exceptional and very helpful to us. She is the only realtor we would feel comfortable working with. I couldn’t recommend her enough. We are VERY happy clients. Thanks for everything, we love our new home!

Wow! Sarah Showalter made buying a house such a breeze! We are new to home buying, and Sarah was professional and personal! She helped us every step of the way! She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the purchase agreement to working with the mortgage banker and the closing. The best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful. I highly recommend Sarah and Fazendin to my friends and family.

We couldn't ask for a better realtor! My husband and I were relocating to Minnesota from Texas for my job. With my schedule, we needed a realtor that was flexible. Jerome was that realtor. Jerome brings to the table the epitome of professionalism and his financial acumen is stellar. We are thankful for Jerome's guidance and are very happy with our new home!
