We can’t say enough about our experience with Belinda as our realtor. We were blessed first having her help us sale our home to downsize. From the day we decided to downsize to the day we found our new home and closed, we were more than pleased. Belinda always listened to our wants, needs and concerns being senior citizens. From the moment we listed our House till the closing day Belinda went above and beyond and was there with us and gave us advise and explanations. All other realtors i spoke with did not want to list our house due to they didnt think it would appraise for what we were asking. She did have a little concern but was not afraid of taking the time and effort to try. The 2nd person bought our home for full price and had no issues with appraisal. She made everything go so smooth and came through when others did not. Cant thank her enough.
