Belinda was patient as we looked at over 20 homes, listened to what I was looking for, and had considerable knowledge about remodeling and homes in Florida. I moved from out of state so Florida real estate was new to me and Belinda was able to explain things from insurance to utilities. We thought the logistics of selling our house after we had already moved out of state would be challenging. Belinda made it really easy. She guided us in setting the right asking price. She kept us updated each step of the way. She checked on our property - even picked up packages for us that mistakenly got sent to our old address. There was never a doubt that our home would be sold in a timely manner and it was. Belinda took the anxiety out of this experience. I was going out of town when I realized I wouldn't be able to take care of one last thing but Belinda went above and beyond to help me out and saved me lots of stress. The sale was a little complicated as there were 5 owners but Belinda took this in stride and handled everything very professionally. She is top notch and I will definitely use Belinda again.

Omg where do I start. He understood the assignment and excuted above our expectations. Beau was hands on every step of the way. If there was a question he had the answer if he didnt he got the answer. He broke down everything so that we understood what was important even the things that were minute. He also made sure we got everything we needed plus more. Very respectful and professional. He took care of us! This was our second time using him so that says alot. I wouldn't dare recommend anyone other than Beau Miller. So dont cheat yourself treat yourself use Beau Miller for all your reality needs!
