Karman Christensen worked above and beyond to get our property sold in one day! She helped us navigate through some of the unexpected that sometimes comes up in any real estate transaction and she did it with patience and grace. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone as we have bought and sold many properties and my biggest regret is that I didn’t find her sooner. Thank you again Karman and Lake Norman Realty for everything.

We decided to sell our family home and downsize. The home is 120 years old and had never been out of the family. Nikki Robinson helped us with this very special property. She went above and beyond learning about the history of the house and knowing just how to present the property. She was with us every step of the way. It was bittersweet to sell the home and she was a great support to us during the process .We really couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Thank you Nikki for all of your hard work!

Nikki is a fantastic realtor! She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy and satisfied! She got me a great deal and made the process super smooth and easy. I had other realtor friends that wanted to be my realtor but there is no other person I would want with me on this journey. If you want a top-notch realtor who is a great person, Nikki is the one for you!
