Awesome experience
Chris went out of his way to assist us in finding our place. Every time we would communicate he was able to get a little more details of what we wanted. He took the time to drive us around to many different locations during our search. On the last day he said he had one more property for us to view and he nailed it. When we pulled in the driveway my wife and I looked at each other and said this is it. He had listened to everything that we had talked about and found us exactly what we wanted. After locating the perfect property, Chris helped us handle all the paperwork. In a short 3 weeks we had completed our purchase. Thanks Chris

Cereice Morris was such a pleasure to work with! She was very responsive to each of our inquiries, no matter the day or time of day. She shared many properties with us, which led to finding exactly what we were looking for. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the towns. Our happiness and finding the perfect location for us was her first priority. She presented so many properties that we know we "saw it all" before we decided on the property we selected. Cereice’s knowledge of the larger market, the neighborhoods, transactional challenges, and immediate attention to all my requests were absolutely top shelf. This was a remote purchase and she walked every step for us through the offers, inspections, cloaing, and then after the sale to help us safeguard our new home until we could arrive about a month after closing. We’ve purchased many properties over the years….Cereice is, by far, at the top of her trade.

Cereice is without doubt the best realtor that I have ever had. Through multiple land transactions, as well as a home purchase, Cereice has been informative, relatable, very accessible (she always responses quickly to messages), and she is extremely knowledgeable.
