My wife and I had a great experience with Kitty and Jerry. We have been looking for a condo to own in Southwest Florida for 7 years and have had a time share on Fort Myers Beach (FMB) since 1983. When we decided we wanted our own place on the south end of FMB we decided to work with Kitty and Jerry. Their patience, teamwork and knowledge helped us to find the perfect place. They made the process VERY easy, as we live in Illinois. When the negotiations gave us a surprise after our agreement, Kitty and Jerry went to bat for us and won.
