LA ROSA REALTY THE ELITE LLC

We had an amazing experience working with our realtor to sell our home! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She kept us informed every step of the way, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to help us get our home sold. We are so grateful for all of her hard work, patience, and guidance throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about their clients and gets the job done, we highly recommend Lizette!

Lizette listens and really wanted to understand what was important to us. She treated the home buying process as if it was her most important purchase of her life when it was really ours. That resulted in great attention to detail. Noticing and asking questions in areas we wouldn’t have known to ask. Her communication through the entire process exceeded all expectations. We always knew what was happening throughout the process. We were informed and prepared for what was coming. Not only was the home buying process exceptional with Lizette’s guidance, she made move in day special as well. One of the things that makes Lizette stand out is that even though a real estate agent works in this industry every day, she understood it was all knew for us and operated with an awareness to her client’s need and understanding of a complex home buying process. She is patient, highly intelligent and experienced. She is a compassionate and a strong negotiator all at the same time.

Cheer has the right knowledge for a military family; she understands the VA loan process and family transition, and has a clear vision of what we ask for our family, including surroundings, schools, and population. Cheer goes an extra mile and strives for excellence even after the closing days. Cheer is your eyes and fights for all you can get and the price in the market. Our family is Thankful to the Lord and grateful for Cheer's care and support as our realtor.

I cannot recommend Marileen highly enough! From the very beginning, she was outstanding, but what truly set her apart was how far she went to make our home purchase successful. Marileen worked tirelessly to help us find and secure the perfect home. Once we were under contract, she went way above and beyond by staying on top of every single repair and issue that came up during the inspection. She negotiated firmly with the seller, coordinated with contractors, and made sure all the necessary fixes were completed properly before closing. Thanks to her expertise and persistence, we didn’t have to worry about any lingering problems. Marileen was always responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly cared about our needs throughout the entire process. She made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and exciting. We truly felt supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a realtor who will fight for you and deliver outstanding results, look no further. Marileen is the best in the business. We are so grateful and would use her again in a heartbeat! Highly, highly recommended!
