Wow, I got a full price offer a couple of days after being listed. The first couple who saw the house bought it. At closing, I was told the buyer's appraisal was within $1000 of the sold amount. How cool is that?? Daphne sure knows her stuff. I have a very specific want for my next house - Daphne is watching the market for me so although I'm out of state for a few months, I know I'm in good hands upon my return to Lakeland.
