I took his advice. He captured the improvements in professional photographs. Those photographs drew buyers' attention. Positioning a house for sale is an art. Frank is exceptionally good at it; I know, he did it for me. The buyers closed in a record time, no appraisal needed! I never have to guess what stage the house sale was.
