Charlie has a personality to make the thing happen, and solve the problems if any. Even, he can break other cash deals to got your deal accepted. You just need to tell him your house criteria and budget, then lean back and wait for him to call you back for options. He facilitated not only our negotiation with the owner, but also some details on closing probably you don't know if you are not buying houses everyday. I highly recommend him for potential buyers and seller, just let him do his job.

Going with Noor Masri was the best decision I made when I started looking for a house. She was always available to look at a new property, even on short notice, and flexible with times.
