Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness. An excellent relator, very professional, has a very knowledgeable background and very honest. She did a great job searching and finding different options, has the time for you all the time. I never felt she left me alone with questions, ALWAYS saying pros and cons for each home. I recommend her because she has the patience, knowledge and she knows what's is is talking about when it comes to homes and mortgage. Noor has dedicated a lot of her time ( many days) to show us homes. she is very aware of the schooling and safe area. Very organized and professional. A great relator to deal with. Going with Noor Masri was the best decision I made when I started looking for a house. She was always available to look at a new property, even on short notice, and flexible with times. She was a wealth of knowledge on the housing market and what to look for in each house/neighborhood. When I found the house I liked, she was spot on with her market analysis on the market value of the home. During the negotiation phase, she was very professional, yet firm and fought for me as a client. At the end of the day, I wouldn’t have been able to get my new home without her.
