Jaime helped us find our dream home and was able to guide us with how to negotiate with the seller to get a great price. She was patient with all of our questions and was not too pushy to try and get us to pick the first house we looked at, which I felt was so nice compared to other realtors I've worked with. Teresa Packard came highly recommended by my wife's cousin. She exceeded our expectations ten-fold. I can't say enough good things about Teresa Packard. She devoted so much time to us, helping us out even as other options fell through. What she didn't already know about the property, she researched and got right back to us. The paperwork was handled very efficiently. Teresa put the sellers at ease when there was a two day delay for our lawyer to look things over, and was very patient with us. Deborah was fantastic! My husband and I work irregular hours, but it was never a problem. Deborah made herself available on our schedule, and took us out to viewings on several occasions. She helped us every step of the way--from helping us gather our thoughts on what we really wanted in a home, all the way through closing. She is an absolute pro! Not to mention easy to work with, and forthright with her opinion. During our 4 months from the start of our house-hunting through closing, we never felt pressured or rushed. We bought our property in seven days with Sherona. We had already visited many others that could suit us with her, her selection was very good. When we found the right one, she managed everything and it was a very great help as we are French and don't speak a really good English. She negociated the price with the seller, she helped us for the deposit to the escrow agent and to the company of electricity. She scheduled all the appointments with the Title agent, the handymen, asked for quotes and assist us for the work. As we had to return to France, she replaced us to finish what had'nt been already done : she managed with the handyman, the A/C company, the cleaning and everything was in order to be rent on time. We recommend very warmly Sherona as realtor !

Vishal was highly responsive to our requests and made himself available to view multiple homes. He displayed professionalism and was an expert in answering all of our questions. He sent homes to our email regularly and when we were interested in viewing homes made time to show them. We happened to run into him while going out to see a home that he happened to be showing at the time.
