She knows the real estate business inside and out, she worked very hard to achieve the price that we wanted and succeeded in doing that. Selling your house is a very stressful thing to do and Sherona answered all of our questions, gave us great advice and really reduced our stress levels so much that the process became almost a pleasure! We live in North Carolina and our house was in Orlando Florida, so we relied even more on Sherona, she came through 110%. We also had un-cooperative tenants in our house causing all sorts of problems, Sherona gained their trust so that they cooperated in the sale. We honestly believe that you cannot find a better real estate professional than Sherona, we love her! If we ever need a realter again, we will be contacting Sherona!
