We have been impressed with Jeff and his company from our first meeting. He took the time to come to our home in Fort Lauderdale in order to gain a more complete understanding of its strengths or any aspects that we should consider improving or changing. We were in the process of selling our home in Virginia that we wanted to close before selling the Fort Lauderdale home, but that did not curb his efforts to prepare us for the eventual sale of our Florida home. He kept us informed of the most current "comps" and market movement. When we were ready to sell he arranged for a photographer to come to our home within two days. The photographer was friendly and professional and took beautiful pictures of our home. Our home was placed on the MLS in less than a week and we received four offers the first weekend. Our selling agent requested a best and final offer from the top three and by Tuesday of the second week we received a full-price, cash offer, which we accepted. The Tricoli Team recommend an excellent Title Company and closing went smoothly. All in all it was a great experience.

I originally contacted Jeff on a recommendation from a Florida friend who had worked with Jeff before. Jeff and team were very professional with good communications. Jeff handled the original discussions, signing of the contract, and marketing the home, while Courtney handled much of the actual details during the showings, buyer negotiations, and closing. Jeff was in close contact with Courtney throughout the entire process. The home was well marketed and had more showings than expected, including from out-of-state perspectives. Jeff also helped with recommending contractors for last minute cleanup and repairs, and recommended a title company that worked out well. The end result was very good with competing bids and a sale at more than asking price. Problems were minimal and issues were addressed quickly. I would definitely use Jeff and team again.
