Jeff Tricoli's presentation and knowledge of the area was impressive. I was fearful for my father with Covid. Jeff and his team wore protective masks and stayed a decent distance. Selling my dad's home was bitter sweet for him, Jeff made sure to make him comfortable. Jeff suggested selling as is to reduce costs on repairs and less stress for my father. My Dad was sad to let the house go but very happy with amount he received and not having to do additional repairs. eff and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job for us. They sold our home after only 4 days on market. After the first day, approximately 7 parties had toured the house. we got four offers over the asking price the next day. on day two, 8 parties toured the home and on day three, 8 more parties came through. on day four we got two higher offers, both over asking price and one was all cash. we accepted that offer and in about 23 days, we closed the sale. Again Jeff and team were there every step of the way and we talked by phone numerous times during the time period. Jeff and team could not do anything different or any better than they did. Aaron was great and a great asset to the Tricoli team. Even after we had accepted our final offer, people were still attempting to come to see the house.
