Shortly before the holidays I met with the agent to list my home. I was very pleased with the knowledgeable agent who helped me plan and who arranged for a professional photographer to take multiple photos of each room and of the outside - even from above with a drone. As I had guests for the holiday season, Tricoli group was careful to give me ample time before a showing so I could plan with my guests and not be home at that time. Within about six weeks my home was sold. They even arranged for the closing to take place at my new location which was in another city. I felt confident that they were completely trustworthy. Selling a home and leaving a place with so many happy memories could have been traumatic for me, but the team's help and encouragement made it less so for me. I highly recommend the Tricoli team.
