The Tricoli Team were very responsive and excellent since the first phone call! After a couple of previous attempts to reach other realtors but to no avail we finally found the Tricoli Team. After an initial phone call, Liz Bell quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure we had what we needed to have our house in perfect showing condition. She came to the meeting to discuss the offer price and had done her homework. With a few quirks to our home, she had the data and comps to back up her decision for pricing and a great marketing plan to get it sold quickly. She has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details. Liz came with a plan and executed it perfectly!! This was such a smooth process and a special blessing to have her on our side. We will definitely use the Tricoli Team again for selling or buying!

Hello my name is Noelle Marrone and Id like to take a few minutes to share my experience with the Tricoli team as they have all been such a pleasure to work with on the purchasing of my very first home in West Palm Beach Florida. This purchase was a bittersweet moment in my life, as it was not a planned event. It happened in the wake of my father’s sudden and unexpected death and was certainly not something I had envisioned happening at this point in my life. Currently, I live 2,000 miles away in New York and therefore, had to execute all of this purchase over the phone and by email with the team.
